Refund Policy
Course Cancellation and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must request cancellation of your course purchase within 2 days from the time of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds.
To request a refund:
1. Send us an email at support@lightfinancialeducation.com with your request to cancel the course.
2. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund within 3–5 business days if the cancellation request meets our criteria.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for course cancellations made within 2 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- If the cancellation is approved, we will notify you by email, and your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Once the 2-day cancellation period has passed, we are unable to issue a refund for any course enrollment, regardless of usage.
- Downloadable or pre-recorded course materials cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded.
Refund Processing
- After your cancellation is processed and approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 3–5 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If there’s still an issue, please contact us at support@lightfinancialeducation.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, promotional or discounted courses cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for courses. If you have a specific issue with a course, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, this will not qualify for a refund or exchange after the 2-day cancellation window.
Gifts
If a course was gifted to you, and you wish to cancel, the gift giver will receive the refund once the cancellation is approved, provided it falls within the 2-day period.
Shipping (If Applicable)
Since we offer digital courses, shipping is not applicable. All course content is delivered online.
Important Note
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within the 2-day window. Once the window has closed, you may still contact us for support, but we are unable to offer refunds.
